Sveba-Dahlen Classic is a reliable and appreciated companion in bakeries all over the world. Now this popular Deck Oven is available with the new SD touch control panel with a wide range of benefits and energy saving features.
Eco mode – When the oven is idle it will automatically go into Eco mode to save energy.
Weekly timer – Enter start and stop times for every day of the week. The oven will heat up automatically to be ready for use when you need it, and turn off when the day or the shift is over.
Recipe storage – Your recipes are easily programmed and stored in the panel, simplifying operation and ensuring consistent results.
Product pictures – Add your own pictures to each recipe for easier use and faster navigation.
Energy calculation – The panel logs the energyconsumption to keep you informed about the present energy cost.
Heat regulation – Digital heat control for better and more energy efficient baking.
AC guard – This feature allows the oven to be connected to a lower Amp circuit than normal
